Day 7 of ARISE-2020, PRE-ORIENTATION program for B Tech first year students started with welcome note by Dr Rajesh Goel. Mr Piyush Sethi, Corporate Head HR, Positive Group of Companies,  was the guest speaker for today's first session. He delivered an exemplary session on "Emerging Expectations of the Industry from the Young Talent''. He described the industry and academia as the two parallel roads which will always move together. Importance of creativity, innovation, integrity, problem solving approach and contribution to society as the integral parts of the personality of a person that are looked upon by any recruiter. Importance of IOT, IIOT, automation, machine learning in industry was also discussed. He emphasized on multidisciplinary, multitasking, adaptability, flexibility as the major qualities that are being looked upon by the HR heads of major top companies.
