Learning and Development (L&D) has shifted from "nice to have" to a "need to have" in 2021.

Since the pandemic hit us we have entered the era of resilience ,digital fluency and quick adopting nature. Upskilling and reskilling is the key to success which can be achieved by L&D. The students, being the budding managers for a growing nation should be well seasoned with academics, industry required skill sets, effective communication and much more.

With an aim to foster the need of corporate, to ensure 100% placement and to bridge the gap between "what is required" and "where we are lacking", Learning and Development comes into existence.

L&D Mission

  • Engage with students to conduct skill analysis, training need analysis and priorities training specific to the placements.
  • Recognizing the core competencies of the student.
  • Understanding the recruiters' needs and proposing a learning solution.
  • Gap analysis for conducting effective training and planning annual initiatives, training programs.
  • The objective is to ensure that the context and content of all the training materials remain current and relevant to the industry requirements.
  • To evaluate training effectiveness and be able to draw a plan of improvement
