First Outbound Training Program

*Gniot Institute of Management Studies (GIMS)* conducted its ' *First Outbound Training Program* ' for PGDM students on 30th Dec'20. The program was organized by ' Centre for Career Development (CCD)'.The program incorporated different outbound activities for students like Ice Breaker Games, Rope Twister, Valley of Acid and Survival Exercise .

It was an initiative to enhance leadership, communication skills and performance planning amongst students.

The students showcased their creative skills and exhibited leadership qualities. The program was highly enjoyed and appreciated by the students. It helped students to build better partnerships and alliances amongst each other.
