Five Days online Faculty Development Programme was organized by GNIOT Institute of Management Studies, GIMS on "Outcome Based Education & Accreditation". The FDP was accompanied with hands-on practical activities and assessments .The objective was to nurture the philosophy of Outcome Base Education (OBE) and to build the capacity of the young Faculty Members so as to facilitate its institutionalization in the Teaching-Learning System and other Academic Processes of the Institution.
