MindMeld 2.0: The Outbound Training Session

The student coordinators of Abhyuday: The OB & HR Club, GIMS, Greater Noida/Delhi-NCR, from PGDM batch 23-25, successfully organised MindMeld 2.0: The Outbound Training Session for batch 24-26 on December 18, 2024.

Through fun team-building exercises, the program aimed to improve interpersonal skills, promote teamwork, and provide a forum for hands-on learning. The activities ensured a balance of enjoyment and learning, ranging from innovative problem-solving tasks to trust-building exercises. Every exercise emphasized the value of cooperating to achieve a common objective, adjusting to various circumstances, and utilizing each team member's unique strengths.

As a monument to their accomplishments, the winning team and runner-up, who shown unmatched leadership, planning, and teamwork, took home trophies, medals, and certificates. 

Bravo! to Abhyuday's student organizers for putting together such a skillfully planned event. This event was the ideal fusion of fun, learning and celebration because of their efforts to identify and honor the juniors' skills.
