On December 07, 2024, the campus of GIMS, Greater Noida/Delhi-NCR buzzed with excitement as the renowned UPSC Educator and Motivational Speaker, Mr. Avadh Pratap Ojha, who graced us with his powerful presence to deliver a session on "Mindset Matters: Transforming Obstacles into Opportunities," organised for PGDM batch 24-26.

Mr. Ojha, who is renowned for his distinct style of motivating and profound understanding of conquering obstacles, enthralled the audience with his gripping story. The importance of developing a positive outlook, viewing obstacles as opportunities for personal development, and remaining resilient in the face of hardship were the key topics of the session.
