Department of Mechanical engineering had organised a webinar on “Prospects of Engineers in today's Indian core Industries”. The webinar was quite successful mainly due to valuable suggestions and support provided by the College Management and Director Sir (Dr. Rajesh Goyal). The sessions were quite interactive and all participants attended very actively as a result of excellent efforts made by our moderator, Mr. Kapil Kumar. Session was inaugurated by Director GNIOT (Dr. Rajesh Goyal) with his introductory session and our Dean Academics also addressed our students and suggested some ideas for the betterment of our Department. Our invited guest Mr. Subhashis Mukherjee, Vice President of Reliance Project Management Group enlightened our students about current Government polices and plans of export market, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), new opportunities in manufacturing sectors, good employability in cement, construction, petrochemical and pharmaceuticals industries
