In collaboration with The Times of India, the OB & HR Dept., GIMS, Greater Noida/Delhi-NCR is organizing Leadership Talk Series, on the theme "Redefining Success: Mental Well-being in the Age of Ambition," for PGDM batch 24-26 on November 21, 2024.

The talk will take the form of an engaging Fireside Chat, offering a dynamic platform for open dialogue. Ms. Kanika Agarwal, Co-founder, MindPeers & Life Coach, will be the Guest Speaker and Dr. Ruchi Rayat, Professor Executive Director-GIMS, will moderate the fireside chat. This unique event, designed to inspire and motivate, will delve into the vital topic of Mental Well-being in today’s fast-paced, ambition-driven world. The talk will also explore how we can redefine success to include not just professional accomplishments, but also mental resilience, personal growth, and emotional balance.
