Dr. Ajay Kumar Varshney is the Associate Professor- Finance, Accounting & Strategy and has rich experience of more than 26 years of industry and academia. He is Ph.D. (Management), Master in Business Administration in Finance and M.Phil. in Management. Dr. Varshney is also an Accredited Management Teacher in Finance from All India Management Association, New Delhi and having the Certificate of Proficiency in Strategic Management from Strategic Management Forum. He is associated with many reputed organizations / institutes Like-Securities and Exchange Board of India, NPTEL-SWAYAM, AIMA, AICTE, Narsee Monjee University, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and others as a Resource person for Finance and Strategy. His area of research is Corporate Finance, Behavioral Finance, Strategic Financial Management & Blue Ocean Strategy. He is a prolific writer and has written Books on Financial Management, Security Analysis and portfolio management and Strategic Management & Business policy..
