Brief Profile: Dr. Jitendra Kumar Singh is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS) Greater Noida. He has more than 17 years of experience in Management Education. He has done his PhD in Human Resource Management from Mewar University, Chittorgarh. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) (formerly UPTU). He also holds a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra. He has worked with various Organizations of repute like G L BAJAJ Group of Institutions, Noida International University, Sanskriti University, and Rajiv Academy for Technology & Management. He is one of the Authors of Book Digital Marketing and Value Co-Creation and Research Methodology. His research interests lie in the domain of HRM and OB on topics like Employee Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Work Place Spirituality, Employee Retention, Employee well-being, Green HRM, Digital HRM, Sustainable HRM, Artificial Intelligence in HRM, HR Metrics and Analytics, etc. He has published many articles in the journal of repute listed in Scopus and UGC, etc. He is a member of the reviewer team in Cosmos an International Journal of Management and he is also a Member of the Editorial team in Galore International Journal of Applied Science and Humanities. He has been invited as a guest speaker to deliver an Expert Talk at both National and International universities in human resource management and allied areas. His teaching areas are Human Resource Management, Organisation Behaviour, Talent Acquisition and Management, HR Analytics, and General Management.
