The manuscript's title page should be followed by the author's name, email (ORCID id if available), and affiliation.
The manuscript should be conveyed with the author's declaration that the paper is the author's original work.
The author must check both left and right margins are justified with a double-column layout.
The font size main body is 12pt; the Font style should be in Times New Roman.
The space between lines should be 1.
The abstract of the manuscript should not be more than 350 words.
The Keywords in the abstract should be 5 to 7.
The manuscript's tables, figures, and graphs should be mentioned with source, caption, and proper numbering.
Figures and tables must be clear and readable.
The authors must check the grammatical error in the manuscript before communicating to the journal.
The Journal of Management Perspectives follows UGC guidelines and regulation 2018, under which any manuscript having an index of similarity of more than 10% would not be considered for publication in the journal. UGC Guidelines and Regulation 2018

Authors need to submit a complete plagiarism report along with the final submission of the manuscript.
If the editor identifies any error or inaccuracy, the author must revise their manuscript as suggested by the editor and then resubmit to the journal for publication.
The author's work should not be previously submitted/presented for publication in any seminar, conference, journal, etc.
