With over 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, I have led campus recruiting strategies across various organizations. My career has involved initiating and managing projects related to recruiting operations, crafting HR policies, and executing cross-functional projects with both internal and external stakeholders. I have also spearheaded numerous DEI and employee engagement initiatives and juggled multiple roles during the COVID-19 pandemic, including recruiting, training, and employee engagement. My role as a keynote speaker at HR conclaves, seminars, and webinars has allowed me to share valuable insights on HR strategies, best practices, and corporate culture.
