Dr. Ruchi Rayat is the Executive Director of OB & Human Resource Management. She is Accredited Management Expert and comes with a rich experience of more than 18 years as an academician and administrator. Her academic assets include a Doctoral Degree in Human Resource Management, Masters in Management and Graduate Diploma in Commerce. She has several publications in national and international journals of high repute including Scopus and ABDC indexed journals and participated in Faculty Development Programmes at reputed places like Indian Institute of Management (L), SIMCA, SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education, and BIMTECH, among others. Before joining GIMS, Dr. Rayat was the Programme Head of BBA Platinum, the flagship programme of one of the leading Management Institute. She has also acted as an In-charge Professor of Incubation Centre to mentor the young students in creating their own startups and Chief Editor of the institute magazine. She has served as coordinator of several committees including Women Grievance Cell, Academic Council, Recruitment, Examination, Outreach among others in served colleges. She has also been part of the AKTU panel to judge events sponsored by the university in different colleges.

  • Expert Speaker in seminar on “Challenges in Management Education in the New Normal '' in St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi on 21 Nov’22
  • Session Chair at KIET Group of Institutions during 6th International Conference on “Resilience, Reinvention & Rebuilding Towards the New Normal” on 6th August 21.
  • Conducted 2 Days Workshop on '' HR Analytics & Metrics Professionals” on 10 & 11 March 22 in Teerthankar Mahavir University.
  • Conducted Management Development Program in Motilal Nehru College on “Women Empowerment” on 18th October21.
  • Conducted Management Development Program on Women Career: Opportunities, Challenges and problems post Covid in Bhagini Nivedita College, DU on 22 September’22.
  • Conducted Management Development Program on Leading with Emotional Intelligence on 11 Sept’22 in Shri Kumarswami Mahavidyalaya, Ausa Dist, Latur, MS India.
  • Conducted a workshop on “Attitude is everything, change your attitude, change your life” in GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies on13th October 21.
