The Digital age is dramatically reshaping the rules for organizational success. The new contexts demands renewal of capabilities and development of mindsets for emotional intelligence at work. Keeping the same objective in consideration, under the banner of PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME(PIP), GIMS a workshop on ' Leading with Emotional Intelligence' is scheduled on 13th September 21 for PGDM Ist Year students. The workshop will deal with deeper understanding of behavioral competencies that are highly important for individuals with leadership roles.
