Under the banner of 'Performance Improvement Program' , GNIOT Institute of Management Studies, GIMS is organizing workshop on ' Competency Mapping & Achievement of Goals' for PGDM students.

The actual building of competency mapping with individual goals is a challenging task for students. Hence, the workshop is designed to help the students in Identification of academic & individual goals and mapping then with their core competencies. The students will develop a road map to achieve these goals with required guidance and mentoring. Post first year of PGDM course, the assessment of the identified goals would be done to identify gaps, if any and recommendations for future accomplishment .
