Successful organizations realize employee retention and talent management is integral in sustaining their leadership and growth in the marketplace. Attracting, hiring, and retaining high-caliber employees in today’s labor market challenges all organizations to manage talent at all levels.
Under the banner of Performance Improvement Program, a workshop on How a company can become a Magnet for Talent is organized for PGDM final year HR students by Dr. Ruchi Rayat, Dean OSW & Area Chair- OB & HRM.

The workshop will orient future leaders to develop strategies to turn an average organization into a highly productive, low-turnover environment where managers can focus on productivity.
