Under the banner of Performance Improvement Programme (PIP) GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS)is organising a workshop on " Merger & Acquisition " for PGDM students on April 8, 2022 from 9: 30 AM onwards.

The resource person for the workshop is Prof. Sudha Pandey.
The objective of the workshop is :
1.To deep- dive into the M&A process from deal sourcing through transaction closing.
2.To analyze the strategic rationale for and against an M&A transaction.
3.To know how to capture value through M& A and create synergies of revenue and cost.
