Sanskriti - The Cultural Club at GIMS, Greater Noida organised BASANT PANCHAMI  celebrations on February 14, 2024 featuring traditional rituals and engaging cultural performances to honor the arrival of spring and worship goddess Saraswati. The event included music and dance performances and speeches.
The students  not only celebrated the festival but also fostered a sense of cultural pride and unity among the students of GIMS, contributing to a rich diverse learning environment.

Our esteemed guest speaker, Mr. Abhinav Tewari, Manager - People Analytics at Aristocrat Leisure Ltd., captivated the audience through his insights on the prioritization prowess using the Urgent-Important Matrix, strategies to optimize the delicate balance between time and money and the transformative power of reading to add value and develop one’s mindset. The session was a valuable addition to their academic journey, equipping them to become future leaders.

Unveiling the Magic Behind the Fizz: A Moon Beverages Industrial Visit!

The PGDM Batch 23-25 students of GIMS, Greater Noida, embarked on an Industrial Visit to Moon Beverages, Greater Noida, gaining fascinating insights into their operations, brand journey, and marketing strategies.
 
The students came to know about the company's rich history, from the iconic 'Vault' to the intricate and cutting-edge production processes at Moon Beverages. The transformation of Moon Beverage bottles and the integration of the Coke Studio which allowed them to witness the innovation behind the company’s evolving brand identity were also explained.  The visit equipped our future business leaders with a comprehensive understanding of the beverage industry.

The exposure visit to Atal Incubation Centre at BIMTECH, Greater Noida was an enriching experience for the students of GIMS, Greater Noida. The center served as a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship, offering a glimpse into the world of startup culture and technological advancements.
 
Students had the opportunity to gain insights into the process of ideation, incubation, and scaling up of ventures. Witnessing firsthand innovative projects and solutions being developed at the center ignited creativity and ambition among the visitors.

GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS), Greater Noida organised ‘Prabodhan Talk Series’ for PGDM Batch 2023-25 on the theme Goal Setting for Career Growth on 7th of February.
The guest speaker for the session Mr. Mandeep Singh Rawat, VP-Learning & Development, HBF Direct Ltd. shared invaluable insights and strategies with students to navigate their professional journeys effectively. From identifying aspirations to crafting actionable plans, participants gained practical tools to propel their professional growth. The session emphasized the importance of strategic goal-setting in achieving long-term success in today's dynamic job market.
 

GNIOT Institute of Management Studies (GIMS), Greater Noida organized an Employability Skills Enhancement Program (ESEP) on "Lean Six Sigma Using Minitab” for PGDM Batch 2023-25 on January 31, 2024. Resource person Prof. Anshul Agrawal discussed the intricacies of Lean Six Sigma methodology i.e. continuous improvement by using DMAIC Model and gain practical insights into the real world that will shape the future of participants with the use of powerful statistical analysis tool, Minitab and will also help to overcome various challenges in the corporate world.

Sanskriti- The Cultural Club of GIMS, Greater Noida celebrated Republic Day- Viksit Bharat 2024 on Thursday, 25th January ‘24 which featured patriotic singing and dance performances, thought provoking skit, stirring speeches and extempore and quiz competitions to showcase the spirit of unity and educate participants about the history and importance of the day.The GIMS campus was buzzing with enthusiasm and patriotic fervor instilling national pride amongst students.

GIMS, Greater Noida organized a seminar on the topic First Leap towards Career in Corporates on 18th January '24 for PGDM Batch 2023-25. The resource person for the seminar was Mr. Manish Barriarr, Policy Expert & Political Analyst on Republic TV, Times Now and NDTV, Chief Mentor, IMS Resources Pvt. Ltd., Patna, India. This seminar helped students to perceive the wisdom of the AI era, when success is largely determined by one's virtual presence. His session covered essential aspects of navigating the corporate landscape, including career strategies, industry trends, and professional development.

Sanskriti- The Cultural Club, GIMS, Greater Noida, organised "GENESIS 2024- Cheers to the New Year" on the 29th of December, 2023 to ring in the New Year. The celebration was filled with enthusiastic dance moves, hilarious stand up comedy, soulful shayari and fun games.  The event witnessed laughter and excitement in students to welcome the new year with joy and celebration.
