The student coordinators of Hashtag: The Marketing Club, GIMS, Greater Noida, Delhi/NCR, turned "Pitch Perfect: The Ultimate Marketing Showdown" into a roaring success! 

From crafting creative reels to delivering spot-on 4 P's presentations, our participants showcased remarkable talent and marketing savvy. A huge thanks to our incredible alumni who served as judges and brought their industry expertise & enthusiasm, making the competition even more impactful.

This event was a stepping stone, equipping our students with practical skills and real-world knowledge that will serve them well in their marketing careers. 

GIMS, Greater Noida, Delhi/NCR, successfully organized Corporate Readiness Workshop on the theme "From Resume to Role" for the PGDM batch 2023-25 on Saturday, 24th of August. 

The workshop featured eminent stalwarts from industry, who shared their valuable insights and experiences with our students. The event was a great success, preparing our future leaders for their professional roles and facilitating smooth transition from classroom to corporate.

The MDP Cell of GIMS, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR successfully concluded our Management Development Program on "Strategic Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence" from 20-24 August, 2024.

The program was a deep dive into harnessing emotional intelligence to enhance strategic decision-making and leadership effectiveness. Through interactive sessions, case studies, and expert-led discussions, participants explored cutting-edge strategies to lead with empathy, resilience, and insight, empowering them to navigate complex challenges with greater confidence. 
A heartfelt thanks to all our resource persons , Dr. Ruchi Rayat-Deputy Director, Professor and Area Chair OB and HRM, Dr. Yamini Pandey-Dean Academics and Professor, OB and HRM, and Dr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, Associate Professor,  OB and HRM and the inspiring participants who brought their energy, expertise, and enthusiasm, making this program a success!

GIMS, Greater Noida, Delhi/NCR, proudly hosted Samrik Talk Series on the theme "Developing Future Leadership: Translating Crisis Management and Decision-making" on 24th of August.

We were honored to welcome Dr. Heera Lal Patel, Special Secretary of Irrigation & Water Resource Department, Govt. of UP, and Mr. Anurag Chandra, a passionate Cyber Security Enthusiast and Information Security Officer, as our distinguished resource persons for the session. Their insightful talk were filled with learning, exploration and motivation which will help in shaping the future of budding managers. The session provided following 5 key takeaways to the students:
1. Be prepared wherever you go to attend any event.
2. Convert your passion into profession.
3. Do the same thing differently.
4. We have two mothers, one biological and second mother earth. Return to mother earth what we consume from it.
5. Social management is foundation of commercial management.

GIMS, Greater Noida/Delhi-NCR, in association with Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), successfully organised second Impact Lecture Session on "Idea Execution: Planning & Preparation" for PGDM Batch 23-25 on Friday, August 23, 2024.

Resource Person, Mr. Mahendra Kumar Gupta, CEO-INurture Incubation Foundation, a leading not-for-profit technology business incubator, shared valuable insights about the critical aspects of planning, preparing, and converting the business idea into execution. From this interactive session, participants got clear idea about how to craft the suitable strategies for preparing business plan.

GIMS, Greater Noida/Delhi-NCR, successfully hosted the students of Delhi Skill & Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) by organising Student Development Program titled "Shaping Future Leaders" on August 22, 2024.

Mr. Ashish Kumar, Service Delivery Manager-TCS & Corporate Mentor-GIMS, Dr. Bhupender Kumar Som, Director-GIMS, Mr. Chandrakant Singh, Addl. Director-CRC & L&D, shared their valuable insights with the students through their meaningful presentation. This event has offered a learning experience for the DSEU students to have a valuable opportunity in enhancing their knowledge & skills towards transition of industrial revolution, significance of networking, focus on corporate connect, skill sets required to build career, and how to bridge the gap between academia and corporate world.

Our future leaders were adorned with badges  for the position of Vice-President and Secretary during the Investiture Ceremony on August 14, 2024, marking their commitment to guiding our dynamic and vibrant student community. This ceremony reflects our strong dedication to nurturing leadership, fostering innovation, and building a community of passionate and driven professionals.

GIMS is confident that these leaders will take their respective clubs to new heights and create a lasting impact on their campus and beyond. 
 

The student coordinators of Sanskriti: The Art & Cultural Club, GIMS, Greater Noida, Delhi/NCR, celebrated 78 years of Independence by organising , The Independence Day celebrations with great fervour and enthusiasm on 14th of August.

The event featured a series of performances and activities highlighting the spirit of patriotism and progress of the nation towards the 'Viksit Bharat' mission. Selected final year students received recognition and appreciation for their exceptional performance in a live project under the NGO SKVS (Sarv Kalyan Vikas Sansthan).

The entire GIMS campus seemed to be rejoicing, filled with patriotism and gusto.

GIMS, Greater Noida, Delhi/NCR, proudly hosted the 4th Masterclass with Mr. Sonu Sharma, a motivational and corporate trainer, for PGDM Batch 24-26 on Tuesday, August 13, 2024.

Mr. Sonu Sharma, with his vast experience in motivational speaking and corporate training, brought a wealth of knowledge and insights to the session. Throughout the session, Mr. Sharma engaged the students with real-life examples and anecdotes from his own experiences and those of successful individuals he has encountered. He stressed the importance of self-belief, continuous learning, and the need to adapt to the ever-changing corporate environment.
